Re'Ana Barrentine
My name is Re’Ana Grace Barrentine. I am a native of Charleston, South Carolina, raised in the West Ashley area. My high school graduation date is June 4, 2022, and afterward, I will be headed to Winston-Salem State University. I plan to major in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration. My passion has been to help those suffering from mental health issues and to concentrate on the mental health, and behavioral well-being of African American children. There is a great need right now for mental health professionals, but our children find themselves at the greatest risk. It is important to reach them at an early age. Early intervention is most important. I further plan to pursue my doctorate in Clinical Psychology, and eventually open my own practice.
